It was my turn to host the JLB (John Lewis Beatty) reunion, actually I traded years with Eva and now I won't have a turn for six years. This was my third time being in charge in the 13 years we have been having our reunion. We have such a good time when we all get together. We have a marvelous family!! We missed our three teenage nephews Jason, Bronson and Presten and hope they can attend next time we get together, it just isn't the same without everyone. My Mom and Dad sure do have a great posterity.
We divided into different teams with different color bandannas to identify the groups. We had a treasure hunt, game "how well do you know Grandma and Grandpa, Frisbee golf, skits, relay races, other fun and lots of food. Some of my highlights.....Steve as Tinkerbell in the skits, Nathan as the rebel fairy, Ashli and Shane great finish of the relay race with the baby bottles, the beautiful weather (slightly overcast and pleasant), My Mom's answer to her favorite meal..."Taco's"??? Who would have thought.

You did such a great job hosting Paulette...you've set the bar WAY too high. But don't worry, the J. Troy Beatty family will bring it back down!
