I got up early yesterday and drove to Cedar to watch Talease and Shane's Dad, Dale Perkins run the 5K at the Utah Summer Games.
It was very exciting as Talease took 6 minutes off her previous time coming in at under 29 minutes.
Michelle whom Talease nanny's for also ran in the race with her.
Dale took first place in his age group (76) and got a gold medal. It was a very beautiful morning and successful day.
